Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing our Look at the Labels wardrobe review and style consultation services! To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please carefully review the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Confirmation
Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the date, time, and if possible location, and scope of the agreed services.
Full payment (or a deposit, if applicable) must be received to secure your booking.

2. Scope of Services
The wardrobe review/style consultation includes:
Reviewing your existing wardrobe and providing personalized styling advice.
Recommendations for items to keep, donate, repair, or add to your wardrobe.
The service does not include tailoring, alterations, or the disposal of unwanted items unless explicitly agreed.

3. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due in advance of the consultation unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment will not incur a fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the agreed service fee.
Rescheduling:
Rescheduling must be requested at least 12 hours before the appointment time.
Requests made within 12 hours will be treated as a cancellation, and the 50% fee will apply.

5. Liability
While we take care when handling your wardrobe and belongings, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or accidental misplacement of items during the session.
We provide advice in good faith, but final decisions on wardrobe changes and purchases rest with the client.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality
Your personal information and any details shared during the consultation are strictly confidential.
If you agree to photographs or videos for marketing purposes, a separate consent form will be provided.

7. Pre-Appointment Preparation
To maximize the session's efficiency, we recommend preparing your wardrobe space for easy access and ensuring all relevant items are available for review.

8. Post-Appointment Deliverables
You will receive a personalized summary report within 10 business days, which may include:
Recommendations for outfits, sustainable alternatives, and wardrobe updates.
A list of suggested actions, such as donations, repairs, or purchases.

9. Travel Fees
For appointments outside of Berlin, an additional travel fee may apply. This will be communicated at the time of booking.

10. Disputes and Feedback
We value your feedback and strive to provide the best possible service. Should you have any concerns, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment.
Any disputes will be resolved amicably and professionally.
By booking a wardrobe review or style consultation, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
