Welcome to Look at the Labels (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website, services, or digital platforms, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking a service, making a purchase, or using the Look at the Labels Shape Styling App.

2. Services

Look at the Labels provides styling consultations, wardrobe audits, digital wardrobe uploads, educational workshops, and sustainable fashion events. Our services are designed for personal use and guidance only and do not replace professional or medical advice.

3. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings must be made through our website or approved partner platforms.
     

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
     

  • Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
     

  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
     

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment may be rescheduled without charge.
     

  • Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
     

  • For events and workshops, tickets are transferable but non-refundable.
     

  • If we must cancel or reschedule, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
     

5. Digital Wardrobe and App Use

  • The Look at the Labels Shape Styling App is provided “as is.”
     

  • Users are responsible for the accuracy of any data or images uploaded.
     

  • We do not guarantee that digital recommendations or styling suggestions will result in specific outcomes.
     

  • The app may include affiliate links to sustainable brands; we may earn a commission from purchases made through these links.
     

6. Products and E-Commerce

  • All pre-owned and new fashion items listed in our shop are sold as described.
     

  • Colours may vary slightly due to photography and monitor settings.
     

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, designs, and materials (including the Look at the Labels Shape Styling Method, Fit-Check feature, and Style Your Shape Guide) are owned by Look at the Labels and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written consent.

8. Liability

Look at the Labels is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of our services, app, or website. You are responsible for your own clothing, accessories, and personal data.
